针对某机电设备模拟器通用性和自检能力较差的问题,设计了一套基于高性能ARM处理器和uClinux操作系统的模拟器系统,智能化程度较高。根据信号类型的不同设计了相应的通道,完成了其硬件电路的设计,接口电路采用CPLD实现,提高了系统的通用性。设计了系统的自检功能,使系统的可靠性较高,最后完成了uClinux操作系统的移植及软件的设计。该系统具有较好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem that the simulator of certain electromechanical equipment is in low level of generality and self--test capability. A set of simulator based on high capability ARM processor and uClinux operation system is designed. So it' s intelligent level is higher. Corresponding channels have been designed according to the different type of the signal, and the design of it' s hardware circuit has been achieved. The interface circuit achieved by CPLD so as to improve the generality of the system. The system' s self--test function has been designed so that the system' s reliability is higher. The transplant of uClinux operation system and the design of soft has been achieved in the end. The system has better prospect of application.
