现阶段的中国,在城乡间存在大量的劳动力流动,其原因一般认为主要有两方面,一是不同规模城市的劳动者之间也存在较大的工资收入差距;二是规模大的城市就业机会更多,在大城市里劳动者更容易找到工作。本文构建了个人选择效用函数理论模型,运用分位数回归进行的实证分析发现,工资水平和就业机会都是影响劳动力流动的重要因素,但是两者之间却存在着战略替代的关系,劳动力流入规模大的城市,更多地受就业机会的影响,工资水平的影响较小甚至不显著。
The present stage of China, in the presence of large amounts of labor mobility between urban and rural, its reason is believed to have mainly two aspects, one is in different scale cities there is also a larger salary income gap between workers. The second is more job opportunities in big cities, the employment rate is higher, the laborer can have a higher probability of employment. In this paper, through theoretical and empirical analysis found that wage jobs two factors are important, but there are both between the relationship between the strategic alternative, more cities into labor force, more affected by the employment opportunities, has little effect on wages and even was not significant.
