In telecommunication business, TAP3 Data Exchange Standard Based-on ASN. I provides a flexible notation for describing abstract types and values, and can be easily extended to meet the new requests of telecommunication services. Our developed many billing systems, such as InTAP and OutTAP, have used the TAP3 standard described in ASN. I syntax. This paper gives a detailed analysis on the syntax of TD. 57 Version 3, provides an algorithm to effectively translate the syntax into a data structure used in encoding and decoding programs, and gives direct, highly effective, easy-to-maintain principle and method.
