随着沿海地区企业生产区位的调整,加工制造环节逐步向内地和中西部欠发达地区转移。以江西上高的实地调研为个案,指出欠发达地区可以通过吸引产业转移来推动本地区的城镇化进程。认为集聚经济效应对城镇化进程的推动力由外向力向内生力转变,对产业的升级和可持续发展具有积极作用。
英文摘要：
With structural adjustment and upgrading of coastal labor-intensive industries,some links of industry relocate to less-developed regions of middle-western regions. This article takes Shanggao for example to point out that less-developed regions can promote its urbanization by attracting industries. It argues that the agglomeration effect on the promotion of local urbanization will undergo a process which would show positive effect on the industry upgrading and sustainable development.
