英文摘要：
This article demonstrates the spatial structure and evolution of mobile phone industry in China, and explores the factors that may influence the distribution and agglomeration of the industry. Beijing, Tianjin and Shenzhen have become the three largest production bases of mobile phones. FDI, industrial policy and local production network are the three key affecting factors of the spatial structure of the industry. The location choice of FDI builds the basis for the spatial distribution of mobile phone industry. Besides, the national policies on the industry also play a key role, and to some extent, reinforce the existing spatial structure. With the abolishment of the industrial regulation and the increase of market competition, several mobile phone industrial clusters have formed and the local production network has become critical for the growth of the clusters.
