The problems existed in Heilongjiang farmers＇ cooperative organization are farmers＇ low recognition, small scale cooperative organization, and non-standard operation, etc. Hence, we should increase self-construction on farmers＇ cooperative organization, support from the government and the funds, and talent development, and finally promote healthy development of farmers＇ cooperative development.
