本文以高校体育课教学纲要为指导,以提高学生体质健康为目的,以华中师范大学一年级200名学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、体质测试和体育课堂运动干预等研究方法,在分析高校大学生的健康现状的基础上,制定与实施了为期16个周的体育课堂运动干预及干预后的效果研究。结果显示:通过对体育课进行运动干预的实验,可提高大学生的健康意识和体质健康水平,其中技术与素质实验综合干预组效果最好。体质测试成绩尤其是爆发力、力量素质有较大提高;身体脂肪率下降,优化了身体形态;肺活量体重指数由及格向良好转变。为提高大学生体质健康水平和高校体育课教学改革起到了积极作用。
With the guidance of university P.E.teaching outlines,aiming to enhance the students’ physical health,Based on the analysis of the current health quality of the 200 objects who are the freshmen in Huazhong normal university,This thesis formulated and implemented a 6-weeks plan to intervene the P.E.class,Then doing research on the results of this experiment.The research was carried out by taking these methods such as questionnaire survey,Physical quality tests,Exercise-interference in P.E.class etc.The results are as follows: These experiments have improved the level of physical quality of college students.Among them,the technology and quality group had the best result in physical quality test,Especially in explosive and force quality tests.Their body shape have been optimized,The body fat rate decreased,And the lung’s capacity and body weight index turned out to be better.This experiment has made positive effects on the improvement of university students’ healthy level and revolution of the P.E.teaching in university.
