Based on updated survey data of 2009 for floating population in Fujian,this essay analyzes the population＇s living condition in cities according to their Hukou types.By examining the 5 aspects： the people＇s income,social insurance,children＇s education,housing condition and social integration,the study shows that their subsistence in cities is distinctly contrasted,which is evidently related to their household category.
