表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin-3-gallate,EGCG)是绿茶中含量最丰富的儿茶素,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌等多种作用。研究发现EGCG通过多条细胞信号转导通路发挥作用。本文简要综述EGCG对MAPK、NF-κB、PI3K/Akt、JAK/STAT、TGF-β/Smad、Wnt/β-catenin等多条信号转导通路的影响。
Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), the most abundant green tea catechin, possesses remarkable anti-oxidation, antiinflammation, anti-artherosclerosis, anti-cancer, and other effects in various types of cells. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that many of the functions of EGCG were mediated by multiple cellular signaling pathways. Here, we briefly review the effects of EGCG on cellular signaling pathways, including MAPK, NF-KB, PI3K/Akt, JAK/STAT, TGF-β/Smad, Wnt/β-catenin, as well as other signaling pathways.
