从金相、硬度、析氧电压及板栅腐蚀,对铅酸蓄电池铅钙(Ca0.08%)板栅合金中添加锡、铋的作用与影响进行了研究,对实验数据进行了整理、分析和讨论。实验结果表明,锡、铋在铅钙板栅合金中的作用与影响有明显差别,且不同含量的锡、铋对合金的影响不同。
The methods of metallograph,hardness,oxygen overpotentials,and grid corrosion are used to study the effect and influence of tin and bismuth addition on Pb-Ca (Ca 0. 080%) grid alloys of lead-acid bettery, and the test data are analyzed and discussed. The result shows that the different influences of tin and bismuth on Pb-Ca grid alloys are obvious, and tin and bismuth in different contents have different effects oh grid alloy.
