英文摘要：

By establishing DEA model,the efficiency of energy use for about 12 years in China is analyzed. The experimental results show that energy use in China has achieved the optimal allocation of resources and the effect of a large output from a small investment. Meanwhile, electric energy efficiency of 17 countries in 2012 is also analyzed. It is showed that energy efficiency has a positive correlation with the degree of development of the country. Based on the analysis, it is proposed to accelerate China＇ s industrial restructuring, to achieve regional cooperation and optimize the allocation of resources, to emphasize renewable energy use.
