基于可持续发展理念和资源环境保护思想的推广，新信息技术逐步被应用于城市科学领域，推动了智慧城市研究与规划实践的进一步发展。在对智慧城市现有研究进行回顾的基础上，研究尝试将人文主义与技术主义有机结合，从更全面的角度对“智慧城市”这一课题展开探讨，按照建设重点将当前国内外智慧城市规划实践模式划分为智慧经济型、智慧交通型和智慧管治型三种类型，并从城镇体系规划、城市总体规划及详细规划等层面入手，对我国城市规划体系的规划响应展开探索，构建多层次、共目标、大综合的智慧城市规划体系。
英文摘要：
Information technology has been used in city science and has promoted intelligent city research and planning practice. The paper reviews intelligent city researches and studies intelligent city from humanitarianism and technicism viewpoint. The paper concludes three orientations of current intelligent city practices： intelligent economy, intelligent transportation, intelligent governance, and studies current urban planning system to establish a multi-layered comprehensive intelligent city planning system.
