分析了压电双晶片的结构形式及作为驱动器的电气连接方式.并在并联双晶片的两种电气连接方式下用功率放大器和频谱分析仪分别对其静、动态特性进行了测量。实验结果表明,并联型压电双晶片作为驱动器在两种电气连接方式下的输出特性接近,且在同样的驱动电压下第一种电气连接方式的输出位移略高于第二种。从所用仪器角度考虑,第一种电气连接方式与第二种电气连接方式相比,不仅节省了整个驱动系统的成本,且为压电双晶片作为驱动器自适应控制的小型化提供了可能。这些研究为以后压电双晶片作为驱动器的电气连接方式提供了有益的参考。
The structural forms and the electrical connections as a actuator of the piezoelectric bimorph is analyzed in detail, the static and dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric bimorph are measured by the power amplifier and the frequency spectral analyzer under the two kinds of electrical connections. The experimental results indicate that the output characteristics of the parallel piezoelectric bimorph as an actuator are consistent under the two kinds of electrical connections, the output displacement of the first electrical connection is slightly higher than the second one with the same driver voltage. Comparing with the second electrical connection, the first one not only saves the cost of the system, but also provides the possibility of the miniaturization of the piezoelectric bimorph selfadaptive control considering the apparatus. This research will provide useful reference for the the electrical connection as an actuator of the piezoelectric bimorph.
