以JKR理论为基础,从刚毛缠结表面能的变化及弯曲变形角度分析,得到了仿刚毛阵列避免缠结的结构设计方法,得出了在材料性质确定的情况下,避免缠结的发生刚毛群几何结构须满足的关系。采用光刻制模真空浇铸的方法制备了4种结构尺寸的微米刚毛阵列。预期的设计与实际制造的刚毛阵列状态吻合,故证明该设计方法正确可行。
A geometrical structure design method for the biomimetic gecko-seta array is proposed to avoid matting based on JKR theory,by analyzing the change on the surface energy and bending deformation of the setae.And the algebraic relationship of the geometrical structure of the array to avoid matting is obtained.Meanwhile,four biomimetic seta arrays with different geometric sizes are designed and fabricated by molding under the vacuum.Fabrication results show that the design method is correct and feasible.
