基于光内同轴送丝技术,在45钢基体上激光熔覆无支撑偏移堆积斜壁。对斜壁堆积的倾斜角度建立模型。结果表明,斜壁的倾斜角度与偏移量、扫描速度、熔覆层的宽度呈正相关,与熔覆丝材的直径、送丝速度呈负相关。基于扫描速度、送丝速度、提升量、偏移量几个参数设计了正交试验。试验结果表明,在送丝速度为17.6mm/s,扫描速度为4mm/s,提升量为0.4mm的参数下,偏移量为0.1mm,极限角为14.04。时可获得高为340mm,底边宽为110mm的斜壁。
By use of the internal laser coaxial-wire feeding technology, the laser clad inclined wall without support on the 45 steel substrate was prepared. The dip angle model of inclined wall was established. It shows that the dip angle is positively related to the offset, the scanning speed and the width of clad layer; Meanwhile, it is also negatively related to the diameter of cladding wire and the wire feeding speed. The orthogonal experiment was carried out based on the parameters. The result shows that the best parameters are wire feeding of 17.6 mm/s, scanning speed of 4 mm/s, each lifting capacity of 0.4 mm, the offset of 0.1 mm and the limit deviation angle of 14.04. Based on these parameters, an inclined wall with the height of 340 mm and the bottom width of 110 mm can be obtained.
