为缩短船舶在港停留时间,提出以船舶在港时间最小为目标的泊位与岸桥协调调度优化方法.对泊位调度与岸桥分配这两个相互关联的问题进行系统分析与集成,基于免疫遗传算法对所建模型进行相应的算法开发.对某港集装箱码头的数值仿真实验表明,泊位与岸桥协调调度比单独调度可更有效提高集装箱码头的装卸效率,减少船舶在港时间.
To shorten turnaround time of the ship in harbour, a coordinated optimization method for berth and quay crane allocation was developed for minimum total turnaround time of all the berthing ships. Interrelation between berth and quay-crane allocation was analyzed and integrated, and a corresponding algorithm was designed based on the immune genetic algorithm (IGA). Numerical experiments in container terminal indicate that the method can improve container handling efficiency effectively compared with that of separate allocation, and the total turnaround time is reduced.
