为了解决集装箱航运服务交易成本过高的难题,提出了集装箱航运服务组合拍卖交易方法,从托运人的视角出发,选取运价、承运人服务质量、信誉、网络覆盖能力等指标作为确定集装箱航运服务组合拍卖赢家(或赢家组合)的标准,建立了集装箱航运服务多属性组合拍卖模型,并通过将其分解为4个单目标规划问题,设计了基于欧氏距离的目标规划算法。模拟算例结果表明:多属性组合拍卖比选择单一承运人时的效用值增加了2.429,说明该模型及算法有效。
In order to solve the problem of high transaction cost in container shipping service, the combinatorial auction approach of container shipping service was pointed out. Freight rate, carrier's service quality, reputation and network coverage capacity were selected as criteria to determine the combinatorial auction winner in container shipping service from shipper's perspective. A multi-attribute combinatorial auction model for container shipping service was established and decomposed into 4 single objective programming models. An objective programming algorithm was given out based on Euclid distance. Simulation result shows that the utility value of multi-attribute combinatorial auction increases by 2. 429 compared with that of selecting one carrier, so the model and algorithm are feasible.
