文章指出,物流服务中成功的伙伴关系是三边关系。即第三方物流提供商、买方、卖方三者之间的关系。供应链中可以有几个三边关系.其中有些合作较为密切。有些合作较为松散。根据第三方物流关系发展程度与特点的不同,第三方物流关系的整合程度可分为四个层次:第一个层次是市场交换阶段,第二个层次是个性化物流方案阶段。第三个层次是联合物流方案阶段,第四个层次是整合物流方案阶段。根据服务复杂性与第三方物流关系的不同,供应商的服务战略可分为三种类型,即常规化第三方物流服务、标准化第三方物流服务与个性化第三方物流服务。其中,常规化服务对应于松散的客户关系和简单的服务类型,个性化服务对应于密切的客户关系和复杂的服务类型.标准化服务对应于适度的客户关系和复杂程度适中的服务类型。为提高效率,应根据不同的供应链策略,选择相应的第三方物流服务,一般来说,直达式供应链策略对应于常规化第三方物流服务,中途停留一站式供应链策略对应于标准化第三方物流服务.中途停留多站联合式供应链策略对应于个性化第三方物流服务。
In this paper, the authors organize the TPL relationship in accordance with different types of supply chain on the strategic level from triangular relationship perspective, and establish the normative TPL relationship framework between TPL logistics services and different supply chain strategy, it is researched that different types of providers provided efficient services to different types of supply chain. The authors also point out that the successful partnership relationship in logistic service is the triangular relationship which is among TPL providers, buyers and seller. And a supply chain may has several triangular relationships, some of them are close and some of them are relaxed. According to the level and characteristics of these relationships, the level of integration of PTL relationships can be divided into four levels. And according to the complexity of service and the relationships of TPL, the service strategy of the suppliers can be divided into three types.
