目的观察何首乌饮对衰老大鼠下颌下腺神经生长因子(NGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)表达的影响。方法选用8周龄SD雌性大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组及何首乌饮干预预防组和治疗组,用SP免疫组化法检测下颌下腺NGF、EGF表达的改变。结果预防性实验各组间NGF、EGF表达均以正常组最高,模型组最低,且中剂量预防组效果最好(P〈0.01)。治疗性实验各组间NGF、EGF表达均以正常组最高,自然恢复组最低,且中剂量治疗组最高(P〈0.01)。结论何首乌饮可提高下颌下腺NGF、EGF的表达而达到延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Heshouwuyin on the expressions of EGF and EGF mRNA in submandibular glands of aging rats.Methods D-galactose senescence model was adopted.The effects of Heshouwuyi were divided into two parts: preventive experiment and treatment experiment.SP immunohistochemistry was applied to observe the expression changes of EGF and in site hybridization method was used to observe the expression changes of EGF mRNA in submandibular glandular cells.Results Among preventing,normal and model groups,EGF and EGF mRNA expression of normal group was the highest,that of model rats was the lowest,the effect with medium dose of Heshouwuyin preventing group rats was better than that of the others.In treatment groups,EGF and EGF mRNA expressions in submandibular gland cells showed significant statistic difference compared with those in normal or model group(P0.01).The effect with medium dose of Heshouwuyin treating group rats was better than that of the others.They showed a significant difference with normal control group or self-restoring group(P0.01).Conclusions Heshouwuyin could enhance the expressions of EGF and EGF mRNA in submandibular glands and delay aging.
