地理标志作为新型知识产权,具备独特品质和品牌价值,对农村经济发展和农业现代化具有重要促进作用。文章对江苏省地理标志展开研究,并对其农产品地理标志的空间格局及其影响因素进行重点分析。研究表明,江苏省农产品地理标志发展重心由苏南向苏北转移,各县市地理标志数量差异较大,其中降水量、湖泊面积、气候与地貌多样性等农业自然资源要素和社会团体、政府政策等农业社会资源要素是影响农产品地理标志空间格局的主要因素,未来各县市应依据自身农业资源的实际状况,立足优势,弥补不足,积极调动农民、社会组织、公众、企业的积极性,共同推动农产品地理标志快速健康发展。
As a new type of intellectual property, geographical indication has its unique value, and thus plays a crucial role in promoting rural economic development and agricultural modernization. Based on a research of geographical indication products in Jiangsu Province, the spatial pattern and influencing factors of geographical indications of agricultural products were analyzed. The results showed that the development focus of geographical indications of agricultural products has shifted from Southern Jiangsu to Northern Jiangsu with much imbalance spatially due to differences of natural, agricultural and social resources such as climate, lake area, landscape diversity, social groups and government policy. In order to promote the development of geographical indications of agricultural products rapidly and soundly, it is proposed that each county should make full use of their advantages and avoid the limitations according to the status of agricultural resources and mobilize the initiative of farmers, social organizations, general public and enterprises.
