亳州曾为安徽省旅游先行地区,但近年来在省内位次持续落后。建设市域旅游目的地需要总体的谋划,建议推行亳州旅游业崛起的四大战略:历史文化旅游资源优先开发战略、新兴旅游业态项目重点发展战略、多产业兼融发展战略、区域联动发展战略。建议实施亳州旅游业崛起的七项策略:政府主导,市场运作;提高招商引资的力度与效率;拓展旅游产业链,推动旅游产品转型升级;正确处理好景区的增量与存量的关系;旅游业发展与城市化发展相配合;多渠道加大旅游宣传促销力度,形成与历史文化名城相适应的特色文化氛围;培养一支高精专旅游专业人才队伍。
The construction of the regional tourism destination needs overall planning.Bozhou,as the capital for three dynasties,one of Chinese historical and cultural cities,is the pioneer for Anhui Tourism.However,after entering the new century,its provincial ranking falls behind repeatedly.This article analyzes necessity and possibility for the rise of Bozhou tourism,suggests four strategies to implement the rise of Bozhou tourism:the prior development strategy for the historical and cultural tourism resources,the development strategy for the new operational types of tourism project,multi-industry compatible development strategy,and regional linkage development strategy.It also recommends seven strategies to promote the rise of Bozhou tourism:government-oriented market operation;improving the strength and efficiency of investment;expanding the tourism industry chain and promoting the transformation and upgrading of tourism products;properly handling the relationship between incremental and stock of scenic spot;tourism development to match the development of urbanization;multi channel to enhance tourism promotion,accommodating with the historical and cultural city atmosphere;cultivating aprofessional high-grade tourism human resources team.
