基于流体体积函数(VOF)模型,借助Fluent软件,数值模拟了气泡在水中上升运动.考虑不同初始位置以及气泡大小对气泡在水中运动的影响,监测气泡在不同时刻的变形,分析了速度随时间的变化,并考察了气泡在不同密度比和粘度比的酒精流场和乙醚流场中运动.结果表明:直径大的气泡在上升过程中速度变化较大,上下表面速度差较大,大气泡较不稳定.气泡运动中,底部射流区域的速度先达到最大,然后降低,降低到一定程度会反弹.外部流体与气泡粘度比、密度比、表面张力系数对气泡运动有较大影响.
Based on the model of VOF,numerical simulation of the rising of bubble in the water was carried out by using Fluent software.Impact of different initial position and bubble size on the bubble rising was considered.Change of velocity with time was analyzed by monitoring the deformation of the bubble at different times.Simultaneously,movement of bubble in alcohol and aether under various density ratio and viscosity ratio was discussed.The result presents that the rising velocity of larger bubble changes greatly and it has a large gradient of velocity over its upper and lower surface.Moreover,the rising of larger bubble in the quiescent is unstable.The velocity of jet area at the bottom of bubble reaches the largest value and then decreases.Finally,the velocity will rebound when it reduces to a certain extent.The result shows that bubble rising in the water is strongly influenced by the viscosity ratio,density ratio and the surface tension coefficient of the outer liquid and bubble.
