液体晃荡呈现强非线性,引起的冲击载荷可导致载液船舶内部结构破坏,造成经济损失、甚至造成人员伤亡和环境污染.文中基于计算流体力学和流固耦合理论,建立了弹性液舱内液体晃荡的数值预报方法.通过商业软件ANSYS,将结构分析和流体分析连接起来,实现了结构和流体计算中的数据传递.文中首先对三维弹性液舱内液体晃荡进行了计算,接着分析液舱做大幅运动的情况下弹性舱壁与液体晃荡的相互耦合作用,得到了弹性液舱可以缓解液体晃荡的结论.
Due to high non-linear property of sloshing, the impact load in the liquid tank may lead to destruction of inner structures in the liquid cargo ship, even to the economic losses, casualties and pollution. Based on CFD theory and FSI theory, the method of forecasting the sloshing in an elastic liquid tank is put forward. The structure and fluid analyses are connected and the data are transferred between each other through ANSYS. First, the 3D sloshing in an elastic liquid tank is simulated. Then, the influence of elastic tank on sloshing during the motion of liquid with extreme range was analyzed. The result indicates that an elastic tank can weaken the impact of liquid sloshing.
