目的为提高人群的健康水平,探索适合中国各人群的健康管理方法。方法 2010—2012年在南方某市医院连续体检3年的高管,这期间借鉴健康促进模式(2002年版)对高管实行健康管理;每年监测高管的舒张压、收缩压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖和每年运用健康促进生活方式量表进行健康促进行为的调查。结果通过健康管理,高管的健康促进生活方式量表值3年间压力处置行为、运动行为分值显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其他健康促进行为分值无明显改变。高管的血压、血脂、血糖等健康指标也明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过健康促进方式是能显著改善高管人群的健康状况的。
Objective To improve people's health level and explore a health management way fit to different chinese people.Methods Imitating the Pender's health promotion model,we implemented a Health management for executives in a south hospital from2010 to 2012 by annual monitoring diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,cholesterol,triglycerides,blood glucose and health promotion behavior using the health promoting lifestyle questionnaire.Results Through the health management,the pressure disposal behavior,sports behavior score of executives were improved significantly within 3 years(P〈0.05),and their blood pressure,the health indicators including blood lipid,blood sugar were also obviously improvement(P〈0.05),but other health promotion behavior score of them had no obvious change.Conclusion The health promotion can significantly improve the health of executives.
