将研发联盟合作伙伴的行为分为互惠主义行为和机会主义行为。基于演化博弈理论构建了合作伙伴行为选择的演化博弈模型,探讨了吸收能力对研发联盟合作伙伴行为的影响,并用数值模拟实验展示了吸收能力、超额收益分配系数等参数变化对演化结果的影响。研究发现,合作伙伴行为选择与吸收能力密切相关。合作伙伴的吸收能力越强,在联盟中采取互惠主义行为的概率减小;存在一个最优的联盟超额收益分配系数,使得合作伙伴选择互惠主义行为的概率最大;合作伙伴吸收能力越强,其从研发联盟中获得的超额收益应增加。
The behavior of partners in RD alliances is divided into two types:reciprocal behavior and opportunistic behavior.Based on evolutionary game theory,the influence of absorptive capacity on the behavior of partners in RD alliances is analyzed.The impact of absorptive capacity and excess revenue parameters on the evolution results is shown by numerical simulation.The results show that,with the increase of absorptive capacity,the probability of reciprocal behavior decreases.There exists an optimal proportion of excess revenue allocation that maximizes the probability of reciprocal behavior.The partner should gain more excess revenue with higher absorptive capacity.
