本文利用2001—2011年中国工业企业数据库的面板数据,实证检验企业规模、市场集中度、产权结构等因素对高技术产业创新的影响。研究发现企业规模与创新产出呈倒U型关系,市场集中度与创新产出具有正向关系。在中国高技术产业中,由于企业规模较小和市场分散,不利于企业的创新。从产权角度看,国有资本对创新产出的正向促进作用不显著,外商资本与港澳台资本对创新有负向作用,法人资本与个人资本对创新表现出促进作用。

英文摘要：

This paper investigates the effects of firm size,market concentration,ownership structure and other factors on Chinese high-tech industrial innovation by using Chinese firm level panel data from 2001 to 2011. It is found that there is an inverse U-shaped relationship between firm size and innovation output,and market concentration has a positive effect on innovation output. The small firm size and market decentralization are not conducive to the innovation of firms in the high-tech industry. From the perspective of ownership structure,state-owned capital has no significant impact on innovation output,while foreign capital and capital from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan have a negative impact on innovation,and corporation capital and personal capital make a positive impact.
