首次将自发性对称破缺运用到战略联盟演化的实证研究领域中,探索了影响战略联盟演化和稳定性的联盟心理破缺、行为破缺和收益破缺,并且基于战略联盟演化过程中联盟破缺要素的分类,探讨战略联盟自发性对称破缺机制。对上述问题进行了实证检验,通过对多家联盟企业进行问卷调查,最终获得270份有效样本,研究发现:①联盟演化主要受联盟收益破缺的直接影响,心理破缺未对联盟演化产生直接影响,而行为破缺对联盟演化的直接作用则较弱;②联盟心理破缺、行为破缺和收益破缺表现为“心理-行为-收益”的路径环环相扣,循环影响,共同作用于联盟演化。研究结论表明,考虑从联盟内部沟通、监督以及合同管理等方面加强战略联盟的过程管理可更好地促进战略联盟的稳定演化,这为战略联盟合作的发展和应用提供了重要启示。
Strategic alliance and its evolution has long been a focus of academic research.In this paper,we introduce the perspective of spontaneous symmetry breaking into the empirical study on strategic alliance,and explore the impact of strategic alliances,including alliance psychological breaking,behavioral breaking and benefit breaking on evolution and stability of strategic alliance.Furthermore,we explore the spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism of strategic alliance based on the three types of breaking.We empirically test the above questions with the perspective of spontaneous symmetry breaking,with 270 valid samples collected through questionnaire survey on members of strategic alliances.The results show that,(1)benefit breaking is the direct factor in evolution of alliance,and psychological breaking has no direct impact on evolution of alliance,while behavioral breaking has a weak impact on evolution of alliance;(2)psychological breaking,behavioral breaking and benefit breaking act as a loop path of "psychologybehavior-benefit",influence evolution of alliance.These results have importance implications for thedevelopment and applications of strategic alliance management.Theoretically,we enrich the functions of evolution on strategic alliance and provide the evidences to advocate the spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism of strategic alliance.Practically,process management by considering internal communication,supervision and contract management have been proposed to deal with instability of strategic alliance.
