利用小波变换将自相似性业务的长相关性转化为短相关性，并对网络业务流量进行预测。将得出的结果应用于吉比特无源光网络（GPON）的动态带宽分配，提出一种改进的动态带宽分配算法。

英文摘要：

With wavelet, Long Range Dependence can be converted into Short Range Dependence and the network traffic can be predicted. Then the result can be applied to the GPON Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation. Finally, an improved dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm is proposed.
