文章综合运用信息论、系统论、控制论思想为基础,遵循准时生产、精益生产的原理,追求生产过程中人、机、料、法、环等要素的无缝对接,以实现生产的职业、健康和资源、环境与效益多方的动态协调与和谐统一。对制造业生产异常响应管理系统进行信息化、智能化方案的设计与构建,提高其处置的及时性、实现异常响应的规范化管理,是企业降低生产与管理成本、完善精益生产管理体系、提升企业整体管理水平不可缺少的环节。分析过程异常的原因,进行异常归类,并对异常控制所需的信息进行采集分析,针对生产过程普遍面临的因人员、设备、质量、物料等异常事件不能及时反馈和处理而影响生产问题的众多因素和难以控制的现状,设计一种对其进行异常控制的策略,构建一种可支持异常事件信息动态采集、综合查询分析和快速处理的生产异常诊断及管理系统,并在总结多数制造企业异常处理规程的基础上,提出规范的、普遍适用的异常处理流程。
This paper, based on the information theory, system theory and control theory, following the principal of on timely and lean production, to seek the perfect connection of people, machine, martial, law and environment in the production, so as to realize the coordinated development of occupation, healthy and resources, environment. To design the informatization of manufacturing industry, the production management system in response to abnormal intelligent scheme, to improve the standardized management of the disposal of timeliness, and abnormal response, are the indispensable ring in enterprises to reduce production and management costs, improve the lean production management system and improve enterprise management level. By the analysis of abnormal, abnormal classification, and abnormal control information required for acquisition and analysis of many factors, because of personnel, equipment, material quality, abnormal events cannot feedback and make timely treatment, we should design a anomaly control strategy, so as to construct a support incident information collection, comprehensive analysis and fast processing production exception diagnosis and management system, provide useful reference based on the summary of the majority of manufacturing enterprises experience on abnormal control.
