针对2013年湖南省夏季旱灾,基于MODIS时序数据,采用温度植被旱情指数监测分析了2013年6-10月间湖南省旱情发展的时空格局与过程,及其对农业生产的影响。结果表明:(1)2013年6-10月湖南省发生了大面积的农业干旱灾害,其中,6-8月旱情持续加重;9-10月旱情得到缓解;(2)2013年6月重旱区呈带状分布于湘西北、湘中地区,7月向东发展,8月又大幅转移至西部,9-10月逐步向东南方撤退至衡阳及其以南区域;(3)6-10月是湖南省早、中、晚稻生长发育的关键时期,2013年的严重干旱导致该时段的水稻减产。
Hunan has encountered serious drought in the summer of 2013. In this paper,MODIS time sequence data from June to October of 2013 were combined with TVDI to monitor and analyze the spatiotemporal pattern and process of the drought condition development and their impacts on agriculture in Hunan Province. The results show that:( 1) most areas of Hunan suffered from the drought during June to October. The drought kept expanding and aggravating continuously during June to August and was relieved slightly in September and October;( 2) Heavy drought presented a band- shaped distribution,which was banding in the northwest and the central of Hunan in June,spreading towards the east in July and towards the west in August again,and pulling back to the southeast during September to October;( 3) for Hunan Province,the critical period for rice to grow and develop is from June to October,so the serious drought in 2013 led to drop in production of rice in Hunan Province.
