采用双槽口压缩法(double—notchedcompression,DNc)研究两种2.5D—C/C复合材料在293K、973K、1173K和1373K的层问剪切性能。结果表明,DNC法可以获得准确的层问剪切强度,正交长纤维网胎穿刺2.5D—C/C复合材料室温层间剪切强度为14MPa,在293K至1373K温度范围内变化不大。而碳布网胎穿刺2.5D-C/C复合材料的室温层问剪切强度为32MPa,在973K至1373K的层间剪切强度比室温高。断口分析表明2.5D—C/C剪切失效发生在纤维/基体界面和基体内部。
The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of two kinds of 2.5D-C/C composites was investigated by double-notched compression (DNC) at room temperature, 973 K, 1 173 K and 1 373 K. The experimental results show that DNC can obtain the accurate ILSS. The II.SS of 2.5D-C/C reinforced by perpendicular long Carbon fibers is 14 MPa at room temperature, and it only appears a slight change from RT(room temperature) to 1 373 K. The ILSS of 2.5D-C/C reinforced by Carbon woven is 32 MPa at room temperature, which is higher at 973 K - 1 373 K. Fractography indicates that the interlaminar shear failure occurs in the matrix and fiber/matrix interface.
