以自行设计的电液振动台为例,针对原来存在的系统共振问题进行分析,找出了影响因素,并以有限元方法为辅助手段建立并修正了能反映减振器本身动态特性的有限元模型。在此基础上采用有限元的模态分析方法对模型进行仿真,结合仿真结果提出改造方案,使其达到预想的试验效果。
The system resonance problems of the self-designed electro-hydraulic vibration table were analyzed. The factors were identified, and the finite element model that can reflect its own dynamic characteristies was established and amended by the finite element method. The simulation to the model was carried on in use of finite element analysis of the modal simulation. With the simulation results, the reformed programme was proposed to reach the expected test results.
