All participants in food supply chain will influence quality of final products.By establishing the evolutional model of replicator dynamics,some findings is expounded that,the probability of honest cooperation and status of food safety is enhanced with increase of integration degree or contract relations in supply chain.At the same time,the solution of food safety needs multi-governance including government regulation,free media,community and so on.
