以往黄灯两难区域警示系统采用的算法不考虑两难区域时间变化特性,只对黄灯启亮时刻将进入两难区域的车辆给予警示,提出了相应的改进算法。首先分析了两难区域随时间变化的特性,得出两难区域的运动学表达式;接着根据时变特性设计了黄灯两难区域警示系统的改进算法,增加了对两难区域之外车辆的警示。最后建立了VISSIM交通仿真平台,运用交通系统仿真实验的方法,对比两种算法下获得的警示效果。实验结果表明,改进算法降低了漏报率。
The yellow light dilemma zone warning system is developed in order to prevent the rear end and head-on collision caused by yellow light switching.An improved algorithm for the system is proposed,concerning the variation of dilemma zone during yellow interval.The time-variable model of yellow light dilemma zone is presented by kinematical analysis.Then,an improved algorithm is proposed.A traffic simulation platform is also developed with VISSIM for estimating the performance of the new algorithm.The results reveal that,compared to the conventional algorithms,the missing warning rate of the new algorithm is lower.
