黄土高原年均温的空间插值方法研究

本文以黄土丘陵区纸坊沟流域为研究对象,从生态与经济协调发展的角度,分析了流域实施生态恢复试验示范建设以来经济特征的变化,评价其经济效应。结果表明:生态恢复使流域产业香农多样性指数大于1,显示产业结构得到优化;1998—2005年间综合生产力水平实现了由低到高的跨越,并且与产业香农多样性指数呈正相关;2005年恩格尔系数为0.45,基尼系数为0.22,Sen和FGT(α=2)贫困指数分别为0.2和0.17,表明生态恢复明显改善了当地农民的生活水平。

英文摘要:

Loess Hilly Region, as the main body of the Loess Plateau, is characterized with the causes and effects chain linking population poverty and ecological degradation. It's crucial for the ecological rrehabilitation in Loess Hilly Region to rebuild the ecological-economic harmoney.To verify harmonious relationship between economic development and the protection of environment ecological rehabilitation and, based on the case study of Zhifanggou Catchment within the Loess Hilly Region, and employing the methods of industry analysis, poverty index and theories of income distribution, this literature analyzed the evolution of economic characteristics and impacts of ecological restoration on local economy from teh perspectives of ecological-economic harmony. The results showed as follows: first, ecological restoration in this catchment increased the value of Shannon indices of industries more than 1, showing the improvement of industrial structure in this catchment; secondy, over the period of 1998 -2005, a transition in integrated productivity was accomplished from low to high level and correlated positively with Shannon indices of industries; thirdly, Engel's coefficient and Gini index were 0.45 and 0.22 respectively in 2005 while Sen and FGT (=2) poverty indices were 0.2 and 0.17 respectively, suggesting that ecological rehabilitation increased local farmers' living standards remarkably. At last, the results indicated that the relationship between economic development and ecological rehabilitation and environmental protection can be able to be harmonious in Loess Hilly Region.
