In the context of economic globalization,cities are facing with more and more domestic and foreign competition pressure.At the same time,in the course of urban economic development,a lot of urban social problems have also accumulated and influenced the sustainable development of social economy.This article analyzes much dilemma in present urban public policy,rethinks present urban public policy and puts forward strategic suggestions on urban economic growth,social equity and social stabilization.
