随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,快速融入全球经济-城市体系的中国大城市正面临经济结构转型和社会急剧变迁等演化态势。与此同时,许多负的社会、环境与空间外部性等问题正在城市空间集聚。要解决复杂的城市负外部性问题,一方面要加强空间科学与社会科学的协同研究,另一方面,应反思传统的城市治理模式,确定城市治理目标和重建治理架构,并提出有效的城市空间治理策略。
英文摘要：
With the expedition of industrization and urbanization,the chinese big city,which is melting into the global economic and city system,is facing the evolution trend of economic structure and social rapid variance,meanwhile,in the course of development and opening,a lot of negative social、evironmental and spatial spillover effects is convergent in the urban space.To solve the complex urban negative spillover effects question,it is important to strengthen the cooperation study with spatial science and social theory,to reconsider the traditional urban governance model,to confirm urban governance goal and restructure the governace structure.in the public choice,we should take spatial factor into account and put forward to effective strategies of urban spatial governance.
