近30年来,在行为经济学与人力资源管理的交界地带产生了运用经济学原理分析企业人力资源管理问题的人事经济学。本文对行为经济学与人事经济学之间的联系进行了梳理,从激励机制的角度分析了人事经济学的基本理论,阐述了行为经济学中的个体偏离标准模型对人事经济学的应用,从薪酬管理视角分析了公平、互惠、不平等因素对人事经济学的影响。
In recent 30 years, on the border of behavioral economics and human resource management, there exists a new research area named personnel economics, which applies economic principle to analyze the issues of human resource management. The paper gives an introduction to the link of the personnel economics and behavioral economics, analyzes the basic principle of personnel economics from the perspective of incentives, explores the application of individuals deviating model in behavioral economics on personnel economics and analyzes the impact of fairness, reciprocity and inequality on personnel economics from the perspective of compensation management.
