液压气动锤的回油管路一般长达50m以上,管路压力损失大,回油压力高。液压气动锤下降过程中管路直接影响液压锤的下降速度,进而影响系统的打击能量;为此采用低压蓄能器吸收液压锤排油,实现快速下降。建立下降阶段液压锤的动力学模型,分析回油管路和低压蓄能器的参数对下降速度和打击能量的影响,得出了回油管路和蓄能器参数对液压锤打桩速度和打击能量的影响规律。
Pipe line of hydraulic hammer is generally up to 50m, so pipe line pressure losses is huge. In the dropping process of hydraulic hammer, oil retum pipe directly affects the body's speed and driving power. So low pressure accumulator is considered here to absorb the discharge oil. the dynamic mathematical model of hydraulic hammer's down stage is established. The speed and driving power and its influence of hydraulic hammer are obtained.
