A knowledge expression method based on a hierarchy framework of multi-role description is introduced, which includes storing and using knowledge in the form of database, the dynamic matching function and the mechanism of renewal manipulation. More detail information about the new hierarchy collaboration management mechanism (HCMM) based on the above method, and its col- laboration process as follow: Analyze demand then set goals, find model from model base, decomposition and assign the task, fix the concrete co operational plans, fulfill the goals are described. It has refined and expanded the collaboration between Agents while taking the character of role into account. At last the simulation system and the business application based on HCMM are presented.
