Employability is the key to promote the citizenization of rural migrant workers and boost the new-type urbanization. Meanwhile the current employment status of migrant workers and the difficulties to improve their employability are analyzed,coming up with the countermeasures in four aspects such as government,enterprises,migrant workers themselves and urban societies. Accordingly it is proposed that government forge an institutional platform to enhance the employability of migrant workers,enterprises take social responsibilities for improving the employability of migrant workers,migrant workers themselves increase self-enhancement awareness,and urban societies be more inclusive thus to increase migrant workers’ adaptability.
