采用气液两相流动相界面追踪的复合Level Set—VOF方法和壁面润湿模型,实现了液滴撞击壁面铺展运动的数值求解.在此基础上,对液滴铺展运动过程中的无量纲润湿长度、无量纲液滴中心高度和接触线速度等特征参数的变化进行了研究,针对撞击速度对铺展运动的影响进行了分析,得到了向前铺展过程中无量纲液滴中心高度与无量纲润湿长度的关系.从液滴撞击壁面后压力分布角度,对液滴撞击壁面铺展运动的机理进行了分析;研究结果表明,液滴内部的压力分布及其波动变化是液滴不同铺展阶段特征参数变化的主要原因.
Based on the combined Level Set-VOF method for gas-liquid interface tracking and the wall wetting model, the numerical solution to the spreading movement of the droplet impacting on a wall was realized. The variations of the spreading characteristic parameters during the process of droplet spreading on a wall, including dimen- sionless wetting length, dimensionless height and contact line velocity, were studied, the effects of the impacting velocity on the spreading were analyzed, and the relation between the height and the wetting length for droplet spreading forward was obtained. The spreading movement mechanism after a droplet impacts on a wall was studied based on the analysis of the pressure distribution after the impacting of the droplet on a wall, and it was found that the pressure distribution and the fluctuating variation of the pressure are the essential reasons for the variations of the spreading characteristic parameters at different spreading stages during the process of the droplet spreading on a wall.
