工作满意度的高低直接影响着个体工作积极性和创造性的发挥。本文借助工作满意度量表的统计分析,反映出江西蓝天学院中青年教师对目前的工作满意度水平为一般。同时对问卷的37个子项目进行降维,增强因子分析的针对性和有效性,并根据相关激励理论,提出了改善民办高校教师工作满意度的建议。
The level of job satisfaction directly affects the contribution of initiative and creative work of an individual.In virtue of an analysis of the job satisfaction measuring scale,it is reflected in the paper that the job satisfaction of young and middle-aged teachers over their present jobs in Jiangxi Blue Sky University is on the "common" level.Meanwhile,by conducting dimensionality reduction to the 37 sub-items in the questionnaire and reinforcing the purposefulness and efficiency of the factor analysis,the paper,on the basis of motivation theories,puts forward some useful suggestions to improve the job satisfaction among private university teachers.
