在熔融状态下共聚制得端羧基己内酰胺齐聚物/四氨基铜酞菁共聚物,然后将其与PA6共混,得到共聚物与PA6的共混物,并用FT-IR,UV/vis,DSC等方法对共聚物的结构和共混体系的性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,添加1%的共聚物可使共混体系呈均匀的绿色,有良好的相容性,体系具有良好的光吸收性,共聚物含量低的共混体系有较高的玻璃化温度和结晶温度。共混体系的冲击强度提高了45.5%。
Polycaprolactam oligomers with monocarboxyl end grbup/copper ( Ⅱ ) 2,9,16,23-tetraaminophthalocyanine((H2N)4PcCu) copolymer was synthesized by melted copolymerization. The blends of polycaprolactam oligomer/((H2N)4PcCu) copolymer with PA6 were prepared at certain temperature. Their structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, UV/vis and DSC. The result shows that the appearance of the blends is green, the copolymer has good compatibility with PA6. And the blends have good ability of light absorbing. The glass transition temperature, and the crystalline temperature of the modified system are enhanced compared with those of unmodificd system. And the impact strength of the blends is improved compared with those of unmodified system.
