分析了电磁轴承支承刚度与系统结构参数以及气隙静态偏置磁通密度的关系。利用有限元法分析了电磁轴承内的电磁场,得到了气隙静态偏置磁通密度和电磁轴承内的等磁位线分布,在此基础上计算了高速电机的支承刚度,并证明了电磁轴承支承刚度的各向同性,为高速电机电磁轴承设计提供了依据。
The relationships among the linear supporting rigidness of electromagnetic bearings and system parameters and gap static bias magnetic flux density are analyzed here, With finite element method (FEM), gap static bias magnetic flux density and equal magnetic line distribution are obtained; consequently, the supporting rigidness is worked out. It is proved that supporting rigidness is isotropic, which offers the foundation for the electromagnetic bearing design for the high speed motor.
