针对采用差动式位移传感器的主动磁悬浮轴承系统,从理论上分析了控制器输出信号与转子干扰力及传感器故障信号之间的关系和自适应滤波器的工作原理,并在此基础提出了基于自适应滤波的传感器故障识别方法。该方法以两路位移信号的差值为参考信号对控制器的输出信号进行滤波,从而得到控制器输出信号和两路位移信号的差值之间的相关系数,根据该相关系数的极性即可准确地判断出故障传感器。还采用Matlab对该方法进行了仿真研究,并在一个主动磁悬浮轴承试验台上进行了试验研究,研究结果表明:该方法可以同时识别传感器的直流故障和交流故障;转子在静态悬浮和高速旋转时,该方法均可以准确地检测到传感器故障并识别出故障传感器。
Aimed at the relationship between the output signal of controller and the disturb force applied to the rotor, the disturb signal applied to sensors is analyzed according to the active magnetic bearing eq- uipped with different displacement sensors. An adaptive filtering method is also introduced. Based on the principle, a fault diagnosis method for the displacement sensors based on adaptive filtering method is presented. The method can obtain the correlation coefficients between the output signal of the controller and the output signal of sensors by using the output signal of sensors as a reference signal to filter the o- utput signal of the controller, the polarities of coefficients can indicate the fault sensor. The method is firstly studied by simulation using Matlab tool. The experiment is made on a five degree of freedom acti- ve magnetic bearing test rig. The result shows that the method can identify the DC fault and AC fault of the displacement sensors, and the failed sensor despite of the rotor is either in static state or rotating at the high speed.
