以上海浦东新区新兴科技型企业为对象,对企业R＆D活动和自主技术创新进行经验研究,通过因子分析、回归分析等方法,提炼出企业的规模结构、研发人力资本投入及盈利能力对企业R＆D活动及自主技术创新发展的共同促进作用,验证了西方关于企业技术创新的理论,结果表明,区域新兴科技型企业应扩大企业规模结构,企业R＆D商业化能力是企业自主技术创新的动力.
英文摘要：
It makes the empirical study on the enterprise R＆D and technology innovation based on the developing advanced technology enterprises in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. The common promotion effect of the enterprise scale structure, investment to the human resource of R＆D and profit to the enterprise R＆D and technology innovation development were gained by means of factor analysis and regression analysis. The results verified the theories and outcomes of enterprises technology innovation. It also points out that the developing advanced technology enterprises should expand their scale structure, and the R＆D commercialization ability of enterprises is the driving force for enterprises to make the independent technology innovation.
