目的:了解衢州市城区民营医疗机构传染病报告及管理现况。方法:采用现况研究方法,对衢州市城区内民营医疗机构组织制度,门诊日志、出入院登记、检验室登记进行调查。结果:73.21%(41/56)的民家民营医疗机构组织管理制度不健全;具有传染病报告人员只有18家(32.14%);门诊日记登记本项目设置不全占76.79%(43/56);37.50%(21/56)的医疗机构实验室无传染病阳性登记本;存在传染病漏报现象;只有7家医疗机构开展传染病报告培训。结论:民营医疗机构应建立健全适合本单位的相关组织制度,开展传染病相关培训,提高临床医生传染病报告意识。卫生监督部门、疾病预防控制部门发挥职责,从而有效提高民营医疗机构报告质量。
Objective To explore the present situation of infectious disease report and management in non--govern- mental medical institutions in the urban area of Quzhou. Methods Cross-- sectional study was made to investigate the non--governmental medical institutions in Quzhou on organization setup, daily records of outpatients, registration of hospitalization and hospital discharge ,and records of the laboratory. Results Of the non--governmental medical institu- tions, 73.21% (41/56) had imperfect management system of infectious disease, only 18 (32.14% ) among which had the infectious disease report staff; 76.79 % (43/56)had incomplete items of outpatient daily records;37.50 % (21/56)had no positive registration in laboratories. There was failure in reporting infectious disease and only 7 institutions had training programs for the health workers. Conclusions The non-- governmental medical institutions should establish adaptive management system of infectious disease and strengthen training for the health workers, to raise the awareness of infec- tious disease reporting among clinical doctors. Health supervision institutions and centers for disease control and pre- vention should play their role in improving the quality of infectious disease reports from non--governmental medical in- stitutions.
