设计了5组试件,研究高强度螺栓分别拧入螺栓球不同深度时的球节点承载能力,分析高强螺栓紧固程度对螺栓球节点破坏模式的影响,量化高强螺栓紧固程度与承载能力的函数关系,为处理钢网架工程中经常出现的高强螺栓紧固不到位的问题提供理论依据,也可为相关规范的修订提供参考。
5 groups of specimens were designed to study the bearing capacity of spherical joints when the high strength bolts were screwed into the joints at different depth. The effect of tightness degree of high strength bolts on the failure modes of bolted spherical joints was analyzed,and the functional relationship between tightness degree and bearingcapacity was quantified. The results could provide a theoretical basis when the high strength bolts were not fastened in correct place,but also provide a reference for the revision of relevant specifications.
