配送中心为了有效地完成储存、分拣和加工等主要功能,其内部被划分为多个与其生产过程密切相关的功能区域,分别完成不同的业务环节,提供各种增值服务。在配送中心总使用面积受到限制的前提下,需要根据通过配送中心的货物种类及数量科学地分配各功能区域的面积大小,同时合理安排各类货物的处理过程,以实现配送中心的运营成本最小化;根据配送中心内部各主要功能区域的作用,将其内部物流抽象为八种基本货流,在此基础上以最小化配送中心内部总运营成本为优化目标,建立数学优化模型,并基于模拟退火的思想设计了高效启发式算法对模型进行求解和计算分析。最后,验证了模型和算法的有效性。
In order to implement its main functions,divided the distribution central(DC) into some functional areas,each of them fulfilled different operation and provided different value-added service.For minimizing the operation cost of DC under the condition of the total usable area constraint,it required to determine rationally the size of each main functional area as well as the product allocation to the main functional areas,according to the types and quantity of the freight come into the DC.Based on the function of the areas,described the freight flows in the distribution central as eight basic flows.Presented a optimization model and a developed bi-level simulated annealing algorithm for it.The model and effectiveness of the algorithm are clarified by computational experiments.
